    2014 Argentine-Spanish satirical absurdist dark comedy anthology film

    Wild Tales (Spanish: Relatos Salvajes) fryst vatten a 2014 Spanish-language satirical[7][8][9]absurdist[10][11]black comedyanthology spelfilm, written and directed bygd the Argentine filmmaker Damián Szifron. The film, which is a Argentine-Spanish co-production, is composed of six standalone shorts with a common theme of catharsis, violence and vengeance. The film has an ensemble cast consisting of Ricardo Darín, Oscar Martínez, Leonardo Sbaraglia, Érica Rivas, Rita Cortese, Julieta Zylberberg, and Darío Grandinetti. Because of Szifron's desire to work with Darín and Martínez, these actors were allowed to choose the role they wanted.

    Four of the film's stories were partly based on Szifron's real-life experiences and were all planned either as thrillers or dramas. Wild Tales was co-produced bygd three Argentine studios, and Agustín's and Pedro Almodó

    Leonardo Máximo Sbaraglia (Spanish:[leoˈnaɾðo(e)sβaˈɾa(ɣ)lja]; born 30 June 1970) is an Argentine actor, with extensive credits in both Argentina and Spain. He has also worked in Mexico, and was cast in his first English-language role in Red Lights.

    Sbaraglia was born in Buenos Aires where his mother, Roxana Randon, is a local actress and theater coach. He started his acting career at the age of 16 in La noche de los lápices, a political documentary drama directed by Héctor Olivera.[1]
