Theodore Marvin DiBiase, Jr.^[1] (born November 8, 1982)^[1] fryst vatten an Americanprofessional wrestler. He is best known for his time in WWE from 2007-2013, where he was a member of the stableThe Legacy.^[2] He is a third-generation wrestler, as he is the grandso of wrestlers Iron Mike DiBiase and Helen Hild, and the son of "The Million Dollar Man" Ted DiBiase. His brother Brett is also a former wrestler.

DiBiase is a former two-time World Tag Team mästare with Cody Rhodes. He also starred in the movie The Marine 2, the sequel to The Marine which starred John Cena.

The Legacy was a villainousprofessional wrestlingstable in the professional wrestling promotionWorld Wrestling Entertainment (WWE), who competed on its Rawbrand from 2008 to 2010. Originally, The Legacy was a group led by Randy Orton that contained the tag team of Cody Rhodes and Ted DiBiase. Two other wrestlers, Manu and Sim Snuka, were briefly members of the stable as well. The concept behind the group was that each member was a multi-generational wrestler. The name The Legacy was a reference to their extensive family histories in wrestling.

In June 2008, Rhodes and DiBiase first formed an alliance after winning the World Tag Team Championship at Night of Champions, when Rhodes betrayed his original partner, Hardcore Holly, to align with DiBiase.
